Peel Away 8 was chosen for the removal of over 300 square metres of paint in the East Gallery of the Auckland War Memorial Museum – an iconic heritage building. Peel Away 8 was used for the restoration and preservation of heritage elements of the internal walls and architectural features. The reason Peel Away 8 was chosen – no harsh solvents, fumes or dust, full containment of waste, and minimal use of water eliminating any damage.
